Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review
Great food and service overall You can tell they really put in the effort to make sure everything is done right!
We walked in to grab an early dinner and got our food quickly. It was all fresh and correct. The only complaint I have is that I needed to change my toddlers diaper and there was no changing station in the women's restroom. Otherwise the place was clean and everyone was polite.

Customers appreciate the ample parking that is well lit at night and the wheelchair ramp that provides easy accessibility. Christina's honesty and dedication to serving fresh, delicious chicken strips continue to leave a lasting impression. With staff like this, Whataburger ensures a friendly, positive, and satisfying dining experience for everyone.
