“We drive from South Tyler to eat here. The bun is fantastic, and the burger is smashing. Literally. Really well seasoned, and the condiments are crisp and fresh. Love the French fries cos the have the peel still on. Service is wonderful. I love to eat where they actually cook for you.“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“They do take long but food is always hot and fresh.“

“Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress“

“Wow. Last night our homeschool group descended on dairy queen after our end of the year program. We packed.this.place out. EVERY one of your staff did an impressive job. The person working the register (Mkinnly?) Was patient friendly and acted like it was totally normal to have a line so large it almost didn't fit in the store! The kitchen staff had the food pumping out so quick and efficiently I was so impressed. And Ireland had one of the most frustrating jobs- trying to wade through the crowd locating the customers with their food. An unenviable task when it's a crowd so large no one can hear you calling out the orders. Thank you Ireland! Fantastic job dairy queen, we had a great gathering after our program thanks to your exemplary services and you guys handling it like it was totally normal.“

“I order the double bacon cheeseburger wen i tell you it was awesome fresh & hot fries were also good fast & friendly serice was super wen im passing through i will b sure to stop i really enjoy my burger“

“Matthew and the team did an outstanding job with our order. We needed 80 breakfast burritos prepared in less than an hour, and they delivered without any issues. Matthew was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Great customer service, great communication, and great food. Highly recommend this Sonic location!“

“Hello! I was the woman that was about an hour late for a $55 order of food, thank you so much for re-making that order so close to closing time. I had to detour to my child before coming to pick up and that took longer than expected. I really appreciate the manager that night helping me with the app and rallying her team to get it done fast but also everything was hot, well assembled, and they got every item in that order in those bags to us. Thank you so much!“

“Sometimes I think maybe I talk too fast because I know what I want. But I was slow and articulate this past visit. That and my wife ordered hers and it was “wrong” also.
I know I said I wanted fried green tomatoes. Didn’t get them. Not on the receipt so I didn’t say anything.
My wife ordered hers as a meal. No fries. My son asked for ranch. Didn’t get it. Went up and asked for that.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s still great food and we will be back. Probably just venting on the service really.“

“I stopped by for breakfast after a doctor appointment. The staff here at Whataburger was wonderful! Polite, friendly. Because I used the mobile app, my name appears on the receipt. The young man who took my order thanked me for returning, and the young man who delivered my meal put a 'Ms.' in front of my name when he greeted me! How polite and respectful of them both! I will DEFINITELY be back!“
