They always have great food, but this location is developing their team exceptionally in their people skills. Well done!“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“My wife and I ordered lunch today brought by a carhop named Devan. He was very kind and attentive. His personality is terrific! I truly appreciate this gentleman's kindness towards my family. We loved the food and the service! What a great job and a great employee! He left a terrific impression on us and did great!“

“Went through the drive thru today for lunch. They were short handed and clearly backed up. However the young lady at the window was apologetic and truly a sweet soul. For the people who are trying to hold down jobs good for you, and thank you for your great service today, I didn’t even mind the wait!“

“Food was hot. Tamra was very nice. There was another employee, she gave me my food, I didn't catch her name, but she was very nice also. The lobby was a little dirty, only because a large group of people had just left. The employee immediately came out and cleaned it though. Overall, I'll definitely go back. Thank you for your excellent customer service 🥰“
