“I ordered a Route 44 strawberry lemonade slush with extra strawberries and two cherries and two limes it took me 35 minutes to get my drink and actually I had to order two but they only brought one and it had no strawberries no cherries and no limes in it I was very disappointed to pay almost $6 for a drink that was not even as I ordered it“

“I would say this is by far one of the best fast food restaurants I've eaten at. I live in Gladewater and often get lunch at this Mcdonalds. Every time I walk in the front someone is there to greet me and take my order. They're always patient when I order a lot of food. Sometimes it gets very busy when I come in but the workers are still nice to me. One lady who's always at the front is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. Ive never had too many problems with my food that couldn't be fixed within a few minutes of me saying something about it.“

“Its always peaceful inside when I dine in; and when Im in a crunch for time, the drive thru is as quick as I need them to be. I have been stuck on the hamburger salad for the past year now, and they never fail me.. Always a friendly face and awesome customer service every single visit! Thank you so much“

“If you miss the way old fashion burger joints used to be, then THIS is the place for you! Service is always great, food is great… and the atmosphere is phenomenal. It gives an old school vibe to it with all the old arcade games. There is a huge indoor playground too!“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“My car battery died recently while I was pulled into a stall. My entire family was camping on Lake O' the Pines and I wasn't sure who I was going to call. Almost immediately, Summer, the girl who had been my car-hop, came out to ask if I needed help. I told her what had happened and she said she was going to ask the other employees if anyone had jumper cables. A few minutes later she came back and said that no one had cables so she had someone on the way and it would only be a few minutes. It only took about 5 minutes, but while I waited she asked if I wanted ice cream and came back to check on me several times. In only a few minutes I was on my way again, but I couldn't have been any more impressed with Summer. She went WAY beyond what was expected of her in that situation and showed so much kindness and compassion for a stranger. The world needs a few more girls like her. If you're reading this, Summer, thank you, again. Oh, and the food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as Id ordered it. OVERALL AMAZING EXPERIENCE! 10🌟“

“I honestly have to say Whiteoaks McDonalds is the best in this area..I have yet to be handed cold fries after I have to wait like the others in Longview. Also for some reason their Daily Doubles are exactly wht they are suppose to be ...the others never seem to match up!!!“
