Frozen Coke has been defrosting for 5 weeks. It is Summer!!! Change the automatic defrost time!!
I honestly have to say Whiteoaks McDonalds is the best in this area..I have yet to be handed cold fries after I have to wait like the others in Longview. Also for some reason their Daily Doubles are exactly wht they are suppose to be ...the others never seem to match up!!!
Trying to get someone to wait on you at the front counter is a 4 or 5 minute ordeal. This McDonald's is frequently wrong in putting your order together. Manager just stands at the area where orders are put together giving no direction to staff. I will find another place for breakfast from now on. I've been here several times and it's always the same.
