It was all served warm and quickly. The fries could have used some salt and a lesser fry time to avoid the semi-burnt taste. I'm a fry fanatic so fries are important to me, not so for everyone else. “I always enjoy coming here when I visit my family in east Texas. Not only is the service fantastic, but the food is stellar. Some pretty tasty burgers , especially if you get the whole pound, which is messy but overall delicious. The onions are crispy and well seasoned and the tots are pretty good too! I also heard that a lot of the promotions within our very streamlined and some of the best in the business, it's good to hear that Jucy's management is on top of that , with people who dedicate their time and want to not only manage locations , but perhaps even open them. I can't wait to be back here whenever I visit my folks next, i just wish there was one closer to central Texas!“

“Food has been good and my orders have been correct every time here lately, but WHY do they make people pull up to wait on their order every time??? They’ve asked me to pull up even when there’s no one behind me, and when I’m in my larger truck, it’s a huge pain to try to back out of the small parking area in front of the drive through. When there are a lot people there, everyone is having to shuffle around each other to try to get out after they receive their order. It’s a nuisance, and I don’t know why so many fast food places are doing this now.“

“Can't get enough of scooters whenever i'm out and about in East Texas! They're coffees are always solid and of course, if you're looking for a savory or sweet bite to eat, this is the place as well. I tend to always get their cold brew because there's absolutely smooth compared to a lot of other chain places, and of course their waffle breakfast sandwiches are unbelievable in how tasty they are. The lady over the intercom also mentioned that there many donuts are only a dollar for 3 minis which I think is a pretty good deal and overall if you have a sweet tooth, I think it will certainly satisfy you. The service I am quite fond of as well as every time I seem to come here everyone is always smiling and very warm in greetings. Going to miss this place traveling back down to central texas as we don't have any locations near there , as far as i'm aware of. Definitely a highlight of my travels and will definitely be back soon as I can.“

“I don't live in he area, but drive through this way 2-6 times a year. Last time I planned to atop in this location it was closed for renovations. Apparently they tore down or completely gutted the previous store and rebuilt? While the place was clean and service was good, the cozy atmosphere of the previous store is gone. The old store had some woodwork, themed wall decor, and even a fireplace. The new spot is quite sterile... Lots of white, lots of harsh fluorescent lighting, and functional but very basic seating. It's still Whataburger, food as expected and the service friendly, but felt like a loss to me.“
