“Used the drive-thru today. Took a while as expected and got fantastic food as expected. They missed the 3 ranches I paid for and the bacon wasn't crispy on 2 of the 3 burgers. Not a huge deal, just not perfect and I've come to expect better over the years.“

It was all served warm and quickly. The fries could have used some salt and a lesser fry time to avoid the semi-burnt taste. I'm a fry fanatic so fries are important to me, not so for everyone else. If you know you know. I would absolutely return again and try the tots.“

“Good burger, but man…..don’t order a double unless you’re really committed. The single is definitely big enough for one person. I think my burger weighed 3 lbs, when they handed it to me. I will definitely ask for easy mayo/ mustard next time becuase this was really hard to eat. I think I killed a whole tree with the amount of napkins I used. “Food has been good and my orders have been correct every time here lately, but WHY do they make people pull up to wait on their order every time??? They’ve asked me to pull up even when there’s no one behind me, and when I’m in my larger truck, it’s a huge pain to try to back out of the small parking area in front of the drive through. When there are a lot people there, everyone is having to shuffle around each other to try to get out after they receive their order. It’s a nuisance, and I don’t know why so many fast food places are doing this now.“

“Can't get enough of scooters whenever i'm out and about in East Texas! They're coffees are always solid and of course, if you're looking for a savory or sweet bite to eat, this is the place as well. I tend to always get their cold brew because there's absolutely smooth compared to a lot of other chain places, and of course their waffle breakfast sandwiches are unbelievable in how tasty they are. The lady over the intercom also mentioned that there many donuts are only a dollar for 3 minis which I think is a pretty good deal and overall if you have a sweet tooth, I think it will certainly satisfy you. The service I am quite fond of as well as every time I seem to come here everyone is always smiling and very warm in greetings. Going to miss this place traveling back down to central texas as we don't have any locations near there , as far as i'm aware of. Definitely a highlight of my travels and will definitely be back soon as I can.“

“Remember When Whataburger was AWESOME! That was what we experienced here that old friendly experience, with the Great Burger 🍔 😋, Clean dining room, Brianna was Amazing. I told the manager how good the food was she directly told the kitchen staff and it was a wonderful experience.

What ever their doing at the Restaurant Whataburger needs to get them to show the other restaurants in their chain.“

“My wife did an online order that was supposed to be for a location close to our house, but was at one all the way across town. I sat at the supposed location for 20 minutes wondering what was up. Then I looked at the order and was mad at the order location. I called them and the food has been sitting there for 45 minutes. They gladly remade the order fresh for me with no questions asked. That's good customer relations right there!!!!!“
