“Update: I had to come back here while in town! Again, service was amazing and food was too good! The portions are Texas sized and the drinks my brother had were legit. The young lady who was bartending was just so sweet and had great service skills! Was also very knowledgable. It wasn't yet busy when we came this time so I think that's why our food came out quickly. I'm giving the 5 stars because this place has been on my mind since the first visit! Will definitely be back for more!My husband and I came here a few weekends ago. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place! The people and employees were pretty great and entertaining. Food was great! Good quality, hot and fresh when served! I took 1 star off because it did take what seemed like and hour for the food to come out, but that's not a deal breaker to not come back. Will most definitely be back for more!“
“They always need help there is a constant turn over here with the exception of the people who own it there is always a new face here, the food is always good and they have never gotten my order wrong so there is that. It never seems to be a good atmosphere, I don't think the owners seem to happy that they have to always work.“
“Overall this is a good location food was decent and prepared right. You can see it from the road easily but access is not easy. It is accessible friendly but there are increased angles in the parking. Food came out quick and hot and quality for the most part. Service was a little lacking especially the staff friendliness but it was overall a good experience.“
“Family owned business is so much better than a chained restaurant and the reason why is , the love put into cooking is better than anything . The service is always gonna be better because you can actually get it your way which is the right way (these people understand the difference). Try the breakfast , lunch and don't forget the Friday night fish fry , I promise you will love it .Dream“
“We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. First, let me say, the service here is second to none. They weren't busy, but we were seated and had our beverages on the table in less than 2 minutes from the friendliest server you could ask for. Everyone was super nice.We both opted for shrimp and catfish plates. The fish was about as good as I've had anywhere. The shrimp were good, too. The condiments and sides were delicious, as was the complimentary "bean" bar.The meal was not inexpensive, but we both said we will come back here next time we visit Jefferson. This place gets two thumbs up from me!“
