However, the drive-thru service can be inconsistent, with some customers receiving incorrect orders or lacking important information like the total cost. Sometimes the food is good and tastes fresh. Other times, it's the exact opposite. It's annoying because they're out of the most random stuff. For example, they had a chocolate shake on their menu for months. Every time they went there, they claimed to be out. The quality of the iced caramel coffee can be hit-or-miss, with the caramel sometimes not being properly mixed throughout the drink. Service is decent.
