The benefit of ordering ahead online is lost when they have you on hold at the intercom while they plod through three orders that didn't.It wouldn't be as much of a problem the other locations in town handle it differently and better.
This drive thru takes forever and a day and the service is absolute garbage. BUT wow the food ended up being A1. Like I want this burger every day for the rest of my life. Would I wait in line for it again? Debatable.
