Feb 20,2026 I was very impressed with the service as well as he food. I had Spinach dip, Alice spring chicken and a Steak. My experience in Shreveport has been disappointing so I decided to travel to the next nearest OutBack which was in Longview Tx and I glad it did.
We ended up at Outback after walking out of Saltgrass because no one ever acknowledged us to seat us and they weren’t busy. We were seated immediately st The Outback. We met the new manager Rudy who was very attentive during our visit and had awesome service from Megan! It was a great BD dinner for my husband, would DEFINITELY recommend the Longview Outback.
Young man named Parker was absolute best waiter ever 🥰

Outback Steakhouse offers amazing delicious food, with a calm and clean atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, and the Ribeye steak is perfect for those who like a bit of spice. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring a great dining experience. The restaurant has a new, spacious look after a remodel. Excellent service is very prompt and helpful. Great fillets, ribeyes, and grilled salmon are served everyday. The seared Ahi was excellent and the Prime Rib is available on Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Friendly and helpful bartenders make dining at Outback Steakhouse a delightful experience that customers would gladly return to.
