I stopped at whataburger yesterday and grabbed some lunch and met Casyn in the drive thru. Wonderful customer service skills and very helpful and made my time enjoyable while shortly waiting for my food.

While there may be occasional mistakes with orders, the staff are quick to fix the issue. This restaurant is kid-friendly, with patient and helpful staff offering chicken choices for kids. The staff also go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, as shown when a staff member remade an order free of charge after it was sent to the wrong location. The atmosphere is great, and the food service is consistent. Customers from different places find the food enjoyable, especially breakfast items like gravy and biscuits with hash browns and a Dr Pepper. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and maintains a clean environment. Even during power outages, the staff remain calm and work efficiently. Despite some reports of bad food, like burnt hamburgers and unmelted cheese, the overall experience remains positive, especially for families.
