I came to this location to pick up my order that I previously ordered before arriving and upon arrival Ms. Bessie announced to me and other customers that the oven was out so sandwiches could not be toasted. I proceeded to see if I could receive a refund and she called to see what options she could do. Despite the feedback provided to her I opted to go ahead and get my sandwich, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even without being able to get my sandwich toasted....read full review

I had never been to this Subway before. I will go here for now on. The manager Bess and Faith had excellent customer service skills, smiles and all. The salad and sandwich was made exactly the way we wanted them and it was sooooo delicious😋
