Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
i had the dubai chocolate pancakes and they were fantastic! looked just like the picture too!
Brittanie is an awesome waitress. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. We will be back.

IHOP is a great place with nice people and good food. The staff is friendly and the service can be very quick and polite. The restaurant is very clean and presentable, making it a good place to meet up with family for a meal. The kid-friendliness is a major plus, with kid friendly food & atmosphere and high chairs available. Be careful what you order as some food can sometimes be a problem.
