Terrible service. Overcharged me on items. And then when I asked him to take it off they didn't have any way to do it and told me that the best they could do is take my email address and that they would send me a coupon for a free meal and they never even did that. Again the email I never got anything. I'm never going back there again. Not just that but once 9:30 comes they blast the music so loud for the drinks at the bar, that you can't even have a conversation with the person next to you.

excellent staff and service! ended up getting food poisioning and threw up after eating here though, so never again! 😍

It's not a regular restaurant. Whoever manages that place treats it like a dive bar more than anything. Drinks over poured with shit service dirty tables and cold food

we weren’t greeted by a host, we had to find our own menus and sit ourselves, where we sat was not clean, our waitress was not attentive, the food was served cold even after waiting almost an hour, i didn’t enjoy this. :/

Everything is dirty and sticky. Tables, silverware and even bathroom. I think is more happy hour joint so ya drink and either don't notice or don't care?

Kid-friendliness: It's really nasty/ dirty. But they do have kids menu!

Update we went to Applebees yesterday after a long time and I was disappointed. We took a seat at the Bar area, small fly’s everywhere what makes it hard to enjoy your drink. We order two drinks and the beer wasn’t cold at all. Our appetizer sample plate was not the best either. Some chips were stale and the dip was only warm, the cheese on top was so hard that we just push it to the side and ate around it. The rest of the food was also just warm and not hot. Not sure if management changed but it’s not the Applebee’s I remember.

Patio area needs good cleaning, cigarettes ends and trash in corners. If I eat on the patio I don't want to see all that.
Inside is good and can't complain about the food either.

Worst experience ever with to-go. No one wanted to help me. I stood in the Togo area, asked the bartender for help, and finally had a waitress that cared. Order came out 15 mins later than quoted. I will never order Togo from here again.

Order rack of ribs no bbq sauce just a burnt dry flavorless piece of meat do not visit killeen location oh and the fries still raw food is terrible and not edible it met my garbage can absolutely disgusting

Short staffed. Wouldn’t sit us where we wanted, put my family at the bar. However sat others where we wanted to sit. Waited 45-55 mins for food. Received dirty utensils.

What a horrible experience, my kids didn't even touch the food that was given it was disgusting only thing I liked was the drink. My children didn't get there drinks until we were leaving I've NEVER not given a waiter a tip. Well unfortunately I couldn't give them a cent. Sorry not sorry

Went to Applebees with my wife 2/28/25
Got placed at a really nice servers table, however the server openly admitted this was their first night. No problem, I am not a angry person im rather patient.
However... a 45 minute stay at Applebees turned into a 2 1/2 hour stay, most of the time sitting there not really getting service at all.
Why?
Well, the BRAND NEW SERVER was overstacked with Tables and you could see them trying their best with Zero help or Shadowing or assistance, where other areas were getting help which made me question... why?
I asked for a few items and never got them, I never got any drink refills and the poor server was literally all over the place and just simply couldn't manage to keep up.
Management is fully to blame for this, why did a manager never come out and help?
Why did you never assist your BRAND NEW server?
The food came out, we had a half rack of Ribs and fries for one entree and the other was the Honey Pepper Chicken Pasta, The ribs were Lukewarm and fries seemed as if they were sitting there for some time.... Not worth the 1 1/2 hour wait that was required for me to get these items.
We then ate our food, only to ask for the check, which... once again took 20-30 minutes to acquire this, not that its purely the servers fault because as stated they were completely overstacked for a Brand new person.

Server was very sweet - Outside of that, the entire time being there was just not worth the 41.11 that I paid for the food and the "experience".

Not sure if this is a regular thing for Applebees nowadays but honestly... Severely dissapointed.

Called to speak with Manager Twice.
First time I was left on hold for over 30 minutes to no response at all.
2nd time left on Hold for 15 minutes - No avail again.
Calls placed at Noon.-12:48 Just not worth waiting a entire hour for a phone call either.
