Ordered a deep fried turkey club meal with NO bacon and NO mayonnaise. The manager handed me the food and I asked if they made sure there was no bacon. The manager assured me that she watched them make it herself and that it did not have bacon on it. I make it home and opened the sandwich - four pieces of bacon and mayonnaise. I called and the manager told me that it was her that watched the sandwich and that all I can do is come back and get it remade or get my money. She was never apologetic for the abysmal performance and that she clearly lied. I politely asked for my card to be refunded as I do not have the time to return to the store her response was to hang up on me. Absolutely horrendous service. With a empty parking lot the lobby is often closed due to "under staffing". The drive through people are always rude and super short. The food does come fast though.

Great place for a delicious roast beef sandwich! The associate working that day was very sociable and we enjoyed her company while she was tending to a dining room cleanup.
I work at the plasma center just down the road, and I'd say I go at least 2/3 times a week. They know me by name, the customer service is fantastic, and they're always professional. If it was possible to give them an even higher review, I would.
