Have been to this place dozens of times, yet, tonight was the worst ever. Our waitstaff was non-existent - there were two large stacks of empty plates before anyone picked them up. Theyve made the drink stations off limits to customers, so I had to walk to the edge of the drink station to get any refills. Then had to chase down the waiter to get our check.
If youre gonna try to be a sit down dining experience, you have to have waitstaff that aren't just standing around talking to each other.

The food is starting to taste very bland. The individuals that work in the front have never truly shown genuine care for anyone as far as I have witnessed. At first I thought they were just stand offish with my people but then I stepped back to notice their expressions to others when I would visit. They just don't show any customer appreciation. I am giving them 2 stars because in the past the food was good.

Unsanitary. Witnessed someone’s unattended child at the buffet grab jello off their plate with their bare hands to put it back. Employees witnessed the act as well and didn’t bother to replace the tray when pointed out. Will not be coming back here ever again.
The crawfish is amazing! The Genghis style food was amazing! I love this place

The fried rice was dark and the flavor was awful. The noodles was watery. The egg flower soup was tasteless. The only thing that satisfied me was the wingets and rice. The price was too high for not having enough good choices...

The buffet had a lot of tasty food. I ate mashed potatoes, corn, mac and cheese, and fresh salad. For dessert, I had chocolate cake and banana pudding. Everything was warm and really good and I would recommend going here. The people working there were friendly and kept everything clean.
