By far the best Auntie Anne’s and mostly for the service I receive each time I go. Kelc M at the Killeen store is outstanding. So friendly and always try work with you to prepare your pretzels the way you want. She remembers my order before I even place it. Love her.
I would recommend customer service training for the employees especially for Selena. Selena needs to improve her attitude when interacts with customers. I love the pretzels and pretzels bites, but too bad that stop allowing buying 3 and getting one free of the pretzel bites. All and all a wonderful establishment.
