This place is great! The tofu was crispy and fresh. The fries were the best in Killeen. The summer rolls were huge with edge to edge tofu. My friend enjoyed his pork over rice dish. My only complaint would be the bread... The French bread was not as fresh as I'm used to for banh mi but everything else made up for it. I recommend dining in to experience the food right out of the kitchen. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be back!

I was very skeptical of this Bahn Mi fusion restaurant. I ordered both the grilled pork bahn mi and tried the bbq brisket bahn mi. I was surprised that I enjoyed the bbq brisket more than the traditional. I did not expect bbq and vietnamese to go well together, but some how the brisket, bbq sauce and fresh vegetables worked. The sandwiches are nicely portioned, you will fill up! The employees were very nice and the restaurant clean and inviting. I can't wait to try the other...

Having been to the location in Metairie several times, I knew what to expect. But I also had a high level of trepidation to see if this was going to translate well, being 500+ miles away from the original.

Half to say that it was a perfect experience. The staff, the food, the extensive menu, clean store. Exceeded expectations.

Steak and egg Banh mi and cheese fries. I need to try the Poboys next. A great meal!
