A star is too much. Terrible service! No body was there to take an orden, when finally someone arrived; I asked for a banana split. He started making it but they didn’t have strawberries sauce and chocolate fudge! (He didn’t tell and there wasn’t signs neither about availability ) I asked if they didn’t have inside more ingredientes; so, he brought frozen chopped strawberries and ask me if I wanted them frozen! ???

Everything tasted stale. Waffle cone was stale. Somehow even the ice cream tasted off. I’ve never thrown ice cream away before, this was an unfortunate experience.

I figured my son and I would have a icecream date I didn’t get paid yet on my bank card so all I had was $50 cash . I ordered a kids cup and me a triple scoop cup , I get to the register to pay the boy says he can’t accept a $50 I’m like well this is all I got unless you want my sons icecream back (that he already started eating off of) so the boy cashier Is messing with the register shaking his head constantly I’m almost to the point where I just give him the icecream back because there’s no sign when you walk in saying y’all can only accept $20 bills . He ended up taking the $50 bill after saying he may not have change which he did have change and sed just so you know next time they won’t take the $50 bill . Ok???? Maybe if y’all put a sign up nobody would walk in here with a $50 bill. Common sense..?.. No?

Please do not come to this place because they treated us very horribly an hour before closing. They kicked us out and said we’re not allowed to serve you when it’s an hour for closing and also there was this lady welcoming us in to the service and she did not. The other lady did not allow us to get served and kisses out and told us to go to the drive-through so we go to the drive-through. She said she didn’t have anything to make milkshake when we when we just saw a couple walk out with milkshakes too as we were walking in. She said she didn’t have anything mango either when we saw a couple walking out with mango smoothies after she said there was nothing mango. We couldn’t blend anything because it was an hour before closing and you deserve all of my hate girl because you’re doing too much

Asked what flavors of chocolate they had. The young lady told me jamoca almond fudge, rocky road and peanut butter chunks and chocolate. I said i will have the peanut butter and chocolate with hot fudge sauce. When i got home home she had given me jamoca almond fudge which is a crime cause the closest thing to chocolate was a ribbon of chocolate. And no hot fudge sauce. When i tried to call, the response was “this mail box has not been set up.” What a crappy way to try to run a business.

Upon entering, no one greeted us, the worker was in front of us and dodmt acknowledge us. After about 5 mins, he assisted us and gave us our items. They had no spoons, just forks so it was a bit weird to eat ice cream with spoons. It was okay, probably won't be coming back here.

I live right up the road and try to come here for chocolate ice cream / chocolate shakes FREQUENTLY. They never have chocolate ice cream - it’s mind boggling 🤣

We have ordered SEVERAL times via door dash. NOT 1 time have we gotten the order as they are always out. A Banana Split? We don’t have banana. A Sundae? We don’t have 4 out of the 6 flavors we list as available. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from Baskin Robins.

Freezer burned sherbet, case was basically empty but the sherbet tub was almost full so idk how it was freezer burned unless the girl purposely scraped the sides. It’s a damn ice cream shop and they didn’t have spoons. Idk who runs this place but they suck.
