Ordered steak and cheese and upgraded to onion rings and they were very uncooked, thought would give them another chance but failed asked for extra mushrooms on the steak sanzeewedwich and it already comes with them paid a extra $1.75 and got a total of 5 mushrooms on the sandwich and a lot less steak on our steak sandwiches just lost our business guess they didn't like me telling them we got bad onion rings first time and order was almost $40 never again.

The food was delicious. I got the cowboy burger with real onion rings, my only gripe was that they weren't crunchy enough. They crust was but the onion on the inside was soft. Just my personal preference.

I stopped here for lunch with my wife and kids. It was a great experience. I had the double meat with bacon, my wife had the burger with avocado, my kids had the hot dogs and we shared a shake and fried pickles. The food was fantastic, the employees were great.

This has been my go to burger place in Killeen for quite a while now. I always order through Uber eats. I have ordered their small hamburger meal a few times. But today was the first time that I received what can only be a joke! I looked at this biscuit size Burger and almost went up to the location to see if this was a mistake. But I realized it wasn't a mistake the quality of the food has just come to this. While the prices for most of their burgers are extremely overpriced, to know that they are pushing this meal as a small meal instead of a kids meal is deceiving. Like I said I've ordered the small meal numerous times and received a regular size bun and patty which was to be expected. But today I had to measure what I received in my Uber eats order because I couldn't believe my eyes. Now to the french fries it's very clear in this photo these fries aren't fresh at all. Initially my orders would stand out! I have even called up to the restaurant to compliment how well the food taste and the presentation and the size of the meals for the price.I've been told there are a lot better burger places to patronize and Killeen but I've been very faithful to Black megs from my first time ordering burgers. But after today's order I'm definitely looking at other options.

First time here to eat. Got the steak Philly sub and tator tots. Omg it was so good. Fresh and hot. Just the right amounts of veggies Cheese and meat. Tots were good and crunchy! Will for sure be eating here often.

Parking lot could use a make-over. Inside could use some modernization. That stuff matters for this review. Keep the food hot & fresh, keep seasoning the cheeseburgers and fries+full flavored drinks, keep the place as clean as possible, and it's all good with me. Customer service can be hit or miss, I remember ketchup was free. P.S. please put more napkins in the to go orders.
