This is the second time wait staff charged me what they wanted!!! I guess they are into robbing the customers for BUBBA!!! Either way it goes neither one got a tip!!!! But that might be why they are over charging to reensure they get some type of tip!!! I’m just frantic and of course manager was on her side!!! And said there is nothing he can do about it I said cool!!! But I won’t be leaving a tip!!! Lol

I giving this 3 star because I normally don’t have this bad of an experience. We waited SO long for our food (3 ppl) mine was cold. We can at abt 11:30 and got our food at abt 12:15. When I complained abt my food I thought they would just heat it up. But they went to make a whole new one (took abt 15 min). The music is really loud but that’s the regular experience. The waiters here are very friendly they helped with the problems and apologized.

We come to bubbas quite often. And the food is normally amazing and the staff is too. Tonight not so much. Our waitress didn't seem to care that the chicken was chewy and had a lot of grizzle. She must of thought i was lying lol. She also disappeared for a bit and forgot our salad dressing. Hopefully she's more professional and kinder to the next table. Still love bubbas but wouldn't want her to wait on us again.

We thought this place was pretty good I forgot what we got to eat but I got a picture of the watermelon margarita. The food and service were great. I think the only comment I heard was from my girl who said it was very cold in the building. I'd go back for sure.

We are seniors, and the parking lot was empty at 5:00 pm. Hostess pretty much whispered to us older folks. Open tables everywhere, they put all of us, about three couples in a corner by the front door, with a 10 minute wait time. Then called us all at once. The hostess was confused, especially when everyone went for a table without being escorted. Employees standing around everywhere. The manager was talking to a particular customer for a while as this was unfolding.We called BS. And you lost a customer today !
Holy moly, we decided to give Bubbas 33 a second chance. Let me just say, what the Hell. Computers are down so they can’t, seat or serve food. No way to run a business by loosing out on sales because you can’t use a pad of paper and a pen like the old days. Just bad management!
