seeing how you made a waitress pay the bill for someone who dined and dashed is disgusting. Will never be returning to this restaraunt and won't be recommending it for future group outings. you really should be ashamed of this and I hope this action gets more attention.

Stood waiting for 10 minutes at the front. Countless employees walked by and didn’t even say a word. When someone finally took us to a table it was the dirtiest table I’ve ever seen. If the floors and tables are that disgusting, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This place is horrible. Beyond rude. Beyond dirty. We are called out and will never go back. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered through the app and waited for awhile until they gave me the food. Came home and got ready to eat when my sister informed me that she received the wrong chicken sandwich. So I proceeded to call the restaurant and waited a minute until someone answered the phone. I told the young man what happened and he proceeded to tell me that I had ordered the wrong chicken sandwich. It was supposed to come with coleslaw but it didn’t have any coleslaw on the sandwich. Not was it the correct chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be a southern style chicken sandwich with coleslaw. He argued with me and then had the nerve to say that we could come to the restaurant and get the coleslaw. I then asked for a manager. I was on hold for a few minutes before the manager answered. I went through the story again only for him to say that they had run out of coleslaw. He also said that we could come back to the restaurant and get the coleslaw. I also told him that the young man was rude and I didn’t appreciate that at all. He appeared to defend the young man. Yeah I’m not ever going back to that restaurant again. Not after I was lied to repeatedly. Oh and the guacamole was brown. Totally disgusting. Will not eat there again.

After a few years of not coming here we decided to give it another chance. The food was pretty decent and came out quickly. The service is terrible and the atmosphere is dirty. There was food and trash on the floor in the dining room.

Placed order at 8:48pm. Arrived at the store at 9:10 for pickup. When I arrive, order was not ready. There was a party of 2 that were placing their order at the counter for to go when I arrive. After waiting 15 minutes I had asked for an estimated time. I was then given another individual's order that was not mine. I returned the order and proceeded to wait until 9:48 pm and then had asked for a refund. After asking for a refund my order had magically appeared. Upon entering vehicle to inspect the temperature of the food, the only item that was what I would consider warm was the cheesesteak. The tater tots were room temperature; the cheese curds were room temperature and the tortilla on the wrap was slightly warm. An employee had approached me outside, asking for my name to give credit on the next visit, which I had returned a question and asked if it could be put in a relative's name as I won't be returning to this location.

Had this been a busy night I would have understood, but I counted a total of 7 customers at the time I was in the establishment.

Food was good. Service was poor. Waitress was rude when my pregnant wife struggled to order. I was never offered a refill and the whole restaurant had no forks so I had to eat my meal with a butter knife. Probably won't come back but might order online.

Went there this evening on Veterans Day Nov 11.The 3 Hostess that were outside were so disrespectful in front of all the guest that stood in line. Spoke very loudly and swore around the guest using profanity and being very offensive. Will never go back there ever again

I went in today for a nice lunch and I felt rushed by our server karah. I get it gets packed but no need to be rushing us. Saying she has other tables to attend as we had just sat down. Our daughter's fries didn't get there until she was done with her food. A month ago we got 6 free wings for supporting a community event at Buffalo Wild Wings then we tried to use it along with another coupon we had for a highschool fundraiser. At first we were told we couldn't use either then they had to split our check to be able to use one then when we go to redeem our $25 gift card. Karah sighs and looks at us as if it's an issue to redeem it.

Without a doubt, this was one of the worst experiences I have gone through at Buffalo Wild Wings. To begin, I asked for limes for my well vodka with club soda. It took three times to get my fruit, and after I got my fruit, the drink had tonic in it. When I complained, the manager was rude and condescending. After getting my bill, I was charged for doubles, and I did not order one double. I was charged $9.50 for a single well vodka, and on the menu top shelf, Gray Goose, was 8.50. What? Insane. The waitress even said the bartender gave me an over pour. What? I cannot believe this happened. After I complained, the manager took $30.00 off my bill. The entire crew was trying to gaslight me and blame me for lack of communication. In the end, I felt conned. I will contact the corporate office on Monday.

Waitress said she wished we would have asked for a manager. Sshe looked at the food and saw how bad it looked and said nothing. WILL NEVWR GO BACK EVER .

Waited 15 minutes to be seated another 15 minutes for our waiter to even greet us and take our drink order. Eventually got out food BEFORE we got our appetizer. Food was cold and had to ask about forgotten food. On top of that the entire restaurant was absolutely DISGUSTING! Food and trash all over the floor and tables went the entire hour and a half that we sat there uncleaned. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend not coming to the location.
