Food is good, when they have it. Been here a total of five times because the food is good, however three of the five times they’re out of the food. They constantly are out of stuff, hard to get what you want.

Of course this place is in a mall BUT I've never had a better chili cheese burger and I'm pretty picky. The gentleman who served us was kind and polite. The burger was juicy and cheesy and had all the fixing and the chili was good too! They even gave ketchup packets without us asking which was really considerate. While the wait time is a little slow that's okay with me!

They look good as a store front but you could make everything at home for 1/4 of the price and I’ve never heard of a bowl of ramen taking 15 minutes and they drain 100% of the broth so the ramen is just ruined

OMG TALK ABOUT TASTY COMFORT FOOD!!!! Yes it's greasy but so worth it. I was shocked when I found out it was at the mall. I had the Philly Cheese Steak and my friend had a burger... Our food and portions were very good and the chicken quesadilla..... OMG!!! Can't wait to try more.

I’m not sure what I was expecting from a food court place but I am very disappointed in Burger 101. The burger was ready within 1 minute of ordering so it was defiantly precooked and tasted like it. The bacon was limp and the fries lukewarm.

If I could do less stars I would....ordered my 5 year old chicken tenders and fries...fries had not a grain of salt on them and chicken tenders were so small and over cooked they were not even edible....they should be ashamed of themselves.

Burger 101 is missing out all the vegetarians in the area by not having a simple easy to make veggie burger. So easy to find veggie patties at walmart and have them available. Instead they give you just cheese and vegetables. The mall needs vegetarian options!
