I ordered my vetrans food then mine abd i asked if i could get my fries with my shake as i had walked there and was extremely hot and needing to cool down when i asked if thoses were my fries she lied period cause as soon as the burgers were in she handed me the whole bag. Never have i been treated so rude.

I ordered online paid for onion rings to be put on my burger they weren't on. I went back inside and the girl was so pleasant she said oh I'll fix it. The onion rings were made she put them on the burger. My burger was still hot. Problem was resolved and unlike other restaurants she didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience to fix my burger. Thank you so much for being pleasant from beginning to end. I wish I knew your name I'd mention it.

Employee/manager has the worst attitude and customer service skills I've ever seen don't listen to u while u are placing the order asking what u wanted after just telling her in detail refuse to bring our dine in order to our table at request I'm disabled and in pain at the moment isn't that customary while dining in the restaurant...

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING I've been to many different location and had no issues but this location the female manager that I'll call karen is extremely prejudice words a group of vets ive been to this locations 2 times for breakfast to meat up with my friends which are also vets and when we order our food and enjoy our time catching with each other the Karen manager comes over and says there is only a 30 minute siting period and when we acknowledge her and reminded Karen we ordered she gave a extremely rude and disrespectful remarks. Like yelling hey several times when we are trying to figure out where we could meet up at to Continue our meeting as Karen continues yo yell for us to leave since we exceed the 30 minute policy which Karen kept repeating that it is a company policy. We where so fed up with her behavior that we went to a different burger king and asked for their manager and what that manager confirmed our suspension this so called policy that Karen was talking about was made up and karen had no reason to behave that way twords anyone. so unprofessional and left a bad impression on burger kings reputation. At least there was no mold floting around in my drinks this time.
