PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING I've been to many different location and had no issues but this location the female manager that I'll call karen is extremely prejudice words a group of vets ive been to this locations 2 times for breakfast to meat up with my friends which are also vets and when we order our food and enjoy our time catching with each other the Karen manager comes over and says there is only a 30 minute siting period and when we acknowledge her and reminded Karen we ordered she gave a extremely rude and disrespectful remarks. Like yelling hey several times when we are trying to figure out where we could meet up at to Continue our meeting as Karen continues yo yell for us to leave since we exceed the 30 minute policy which Karen kept repeating that it is a company policy. We where so fed up with her behavior that we went to a different burger king and asked for their manager and what that manager confirmed our suspension this so called policy that Karen was talking about was made up and karen had no reason to behave that way twords anyone. so unprofessional and left a bad impression on burger kings reputation. At least there was no mold floting around in my drinks this time.

Never go this restaurant. There is an annoying big guy with beard and glasses…and named Ralph…he is very rude and disrespectful. Even, very rude to people and has no compassion with dealing with people with disabities. I hope his boss could fired him out…

Horrible place. Everytime I go here they are rude, horrible service . The manager should teach her team to have better customer service... After all of it wasn't for us customers you wouldn't have jobs!!!!! Get it together!!!

Me and my mom popped out for a quick bite tonight and since we had just heard something about this $5 two whopper jr special on the radio.
So we pull up, lots dead per usual,, so we proceed to pull around to order.
Was met with the most lackluster greeting... Tone was just terrible.. Very off-putting.. But we order anyways. Was misunderstood several times when we said we wanted two of the same thing.. From there it just seemed like the person taking the order was annoyed (with us, why? I don't know..). Not a terrible experience. But you can see where certain team members of this establishment need a refresher course on actual customer service and what it means to represent a business.
Parking: It's a pretty open lot very spacious for a Burger King

Wheelchair accessibility: I have not seen a wheelchair accessible entrance

Slow service. I ordered online and I had to wait 45 mins for my food. They forgot I was outside waiting. Workers were rude and cursing on the headphones. When I got my food it was cold and the burgers was missing cheese. The onion rings and fries were way too salty. I definitely won't be returning.

The service is usually OK BUT TODAY. The staff was wearing house slippers and a sonic backpack. I waited for my food it never came, multiple people got their orders. The manager was touching money and food without sanitizing or washing her hands. while customers were waiting she's making free orders for ppl she knows making sure they get their food but leaving the paying customers waiting. Like just do the bare minimum.

Asked for a double whopper with cheese and it has jalapeños on it called up to the restaurant several times nobody answered the phone just need a replacement burger 18th. I’ll be up there on the 19th for replacement burger.
Two employees working today and although I came on before multiple orders for delivery, the female manager served males inside and drive-thru while I waited for 30 minutes!
Worst BK In killeen. I and 3 other people had to back out of the drive-through and leave. I guess they forgot they have a drive-through or just didn't care. Go to the one on ft.hood street it's way better than whatever they do there.
