An evening visit midweek and the staff was on point.I received great service and all the food was hot and fresh including the French fries.(very important).One of the best experiences I've had at a Burger King in a while.please continue doing what you did that night.Your company should be proud..

Mobile order, came up to the drive though window. Noone says anything. Went inside, told them about my order. Waited 10 minutes just to find out my order was made and sitting on the counter the whole time. Multiple times they have only put 8 in a 12 count.

At 645pm with no one waiting I stood 10 minutes to order food for myself and my teenager .the drive thru had two people..Two!! The person that finally did my order had been eating...I am very sure the man who ignored me was a manager ..this is unprofessional I will be contacting the franchise manager...
