I went to this Burger King location. I usually go to the one in Harker Heights, but I was in this area and decided to stop and get some chicken fries and french fries when I tell you whoever made my order, dumped the whole salt shaker in my fries and gave it to me. I cannot believe the amount of salt that are on these fries and onion rings mind you I got half fries half onion rings . How careless of someone to do something like this what if I was a person who wasn’t able to intake that much amount of salt this is ridiculous. This is unprofessional and this is uncalled for and remind you this is at 10 this morning. Never again

I caught food poisoning from the fort hood location in killeen!! Never going here again! This happened when I ordered a whopper jr, the night of April 16th 2025.

I only gave one star so I could leave a review. I had my Mom and kids with me so I did not cut up the way I wanted to. The service I experienced was just unacceptable. From the way my order was taken I just knew it was gonna be some BS. We was told to wait at the first window for whatever reason. Another car pulled around and was almost given out food. We pull up and waited and then has 2 bags shoved in my face, they forgot about one of our drinks. Bro if yall don't wanna work then don't but yall gotta do better.
