So this morning on my way to work I stopped and purchased breakfast. The clerk told me my card declined. So I used a different card to pay for my order.That transaction went through no problem.Later that afternoon, I discovered that the first transaction did go through and I was double charged.Later this evening, I came back to the Burger King and spoke with the manager on duty. I showed her that I was charged twice on two different cards. She took the information and issued me a cash refund for one of the transactions.She made my negative experience a positive one. I am a regular at this Burger King and because of the customer service I received. I will continue to come to this Burger King. Thank you for the fantastic customer service.A grateful customer...

I personally had a great experience in the drive thru. Staff were friendly and got my order out in a very fast and timely manner. They didn't miss anything on my order and food was great. Will definitely return here again when in the area.

Not going to this BK again ! Every time I go I get a lady named TAMMY and she always has an attitude and this last time purposely took 3 orders on drive thru before me and had to wait more than 15 to get helped ! Do better BK !

Every time I go to this location I always have an issue especially with the manager named Tammy. She always has a nasty attitude and is very rude when it comes to ordering food or asking questions. This is a bad look on the company. BK needs better Management than this lady named Tammy.

had an unpleasant experience. the first cashier was young and nice, but the older woman at the second window was extremely rude and told us we were supposed to wait at the first window because they have customers inside who are first priority . we apologized but she continued to snap on us and made us feel like we did something wrong. i have worked in the restaurant business my whole life and not once have i been rude like she was to a guest.

Food was good. Customer service was not. Literally asked for 1 sweet and sour and 1 barbecue lady gave me 1 sweet and sour and then who looked like was the manager came out and said since i didnt pay for it and she didnt have a register she couldnt charge me for it therefore she couldnt give it to me. Her exact words were “you should’ve paid for in the back(1st window)” ma am how am i supposed to know ya’ll charged for that.DUMB you cant walk 5 steps to the front and charge bcuz i was willing to pay? Lame . If i could give it a 0 for that i would. Customer service should be a priority especially from a manager. HORRIBLE .

Food tasted funny … second time my order had a problem… door dash refused to refund me I’ll never order from here again.
So rude here. I am an Uber driver and I pick up people's orders and every single time I come to this location, especially in the evening, they don't acknowledge you even exist while you are standing in front of the counter and when you say "Hellooooo?" The girl just shouts " I know, I see you there, I'll be with you when the drive through slows down" that is not how you treat your customers. Girl needs some customer service skills.

I keep giving opportunities to this location because I love BK, But honestly they need to quit doing it, breakfast hash browns like Doritos, extremely crunchy and over cooked, sandwich only has sausage the egg was not included.Everything thrown at the bag, and good luck.Disappointed totally, never more!
