Asked for only ketchup and pickles on burgers got no pickles and it covered with mustard and hate to say it but whoever took order English was not their first language. I get people need to work but with a position that you need to understand English and speak it why put them there. Here is a example someone ask for no onion bc they are allergic but are giving a burger with onion because the person doesn't understand English. Figure it out.

If you want to wait over 30 min for 2 simple orders then this is the place for you. They can’t even handle a lunch rush and will forget your order completely, no apologies for their screw ups either just take your food and get out apparently!

I usually order here because it's within walking distance from my home. So it's convenient. I went there this morning for breakfast and I got a cup of coffee and the cup of coffee was wet on the outside. I thought it was strange but I didn't complain. I took my food home. I opened the cup of coffee to put creamer in it. And a bunch of coffee grounds came to the top. So I then poured the coffee into a clear glass. And it had about half an inch of coffee grounds at the bottom of the glass. I took the coffee back to them and asked for different coffee. Needless to say, they laughed and giggled about it and gave me an orange juice instead. This will definitely be my last time at this Burger King, due to the fact that they have no urgency and they have no consideration for their customers who are the ones that actually keep them open.

I LOVE eating and this is my FAVORITE place to go. The food is always hot and fresh, tastes like regular Burger King LOL I like getting the chicken fries and onion rings🥸 Clean inside dining for whenever, and there’s workers who constantly wipe tables after a customer leaves. There’s this one girl Syriah with pink hair who’s always so kind to me! 🍔👑
