Food and service is great! Chicken tender strips are real chicken breast strips with more meat than breading...and my wife loves their corn nuggets. French fries are delicious. Great value.

The team tonight was absolutely amazing, now I did beg and plead on my hands and knees for them to let me in to poop, but they couldn't let me in after locking the doors much to my dismay. I understand policy and did make it over to Whataburger to punish their toilet for something it never did to me. After making the emergency class 2 download, I did come back to feed the family a bunch of chicken. Absolutely amazing, order was 100% accurate even though my three bonus daughters were trying my patience with their inability to commit to a choice that was in no way life threatening about what they would have in their digestive track overnight. Chicken was cocked perfectly, and the sides were all spot-on. Very good job guys!

Just sat in their drive through line for 20 minutes. Employee walked right past my car, never asked if I had been helped and proceeded to the vehicle behind me. Store was not busy, which the manager claimed they were when we called to address the issue. The insincere “sorry” and excuse we received was unacceptable.

Went in and ordered they Cooked it fresh and were very sweet the manager came by and let me know they were working on getting my order ready. The a young lady brought me my food to the table I enjoyed the food and the thoughtful service. I will be going back there soon.
Customer service was great. Unfortunately for me, the food was not. The fries were uncooked & the gizzards were too salty. This was disappointing as I hadn't had any Bush's in a long time & was craving for some.

I got the liver with okra ,this was suppose to have been made to order . I didn’t like any of it , the gravy probably tasted the best out of it all??. The customer service was decent. But the food did not taste like it was made to order & the liver look more like crumbsKid-friendliness: Good to dine in with kids

We love the sweet tea, I buy it by the gallon. Mixed fryed chicken is a really good choice. I only eat dark meat chicken. Oakra, FF, mashed potatoes w/gravy & coleslaw are sides we like. Oh, the rolls are really good akso.

We are new here in Texas and we don't know the local food businesses in the area. We wanted to try something different. We don't have Bush's chicken in Sacramento, California. We went though drive they and we got the basic original chicken in a family meal. We got mash potatoes, biscuits, green beans and their gravy. I noticed the gravy was white and it only tells me this is chicken gravy. The green beans tasted good. Mash potatoes were good. The biscuits also was good. At first biting into the fried chicken, I said, "not bad." But after a while chewing.....my mouth was working hard at chewing. I feel the batter was a bit too hard for me. Who knows! People might like this but for me as a preference, I don't like my chicken that hard. I understand crispy texture and crunchy. This was just beyond for me. I really don't like writing bad reviews. But this is my honest opinion for my own taste buds or food preference. I wouldn't come back because I like my chicken a certain way. Just like a dog who can't learn new tricks. Some people might like this.
