Employees were loud the whole time I was there. I asked for Texas Pete hot sauce and the guy said they didn’t serve it anymore because of a lawsuit. There was a lawsuit dismissed two years ago and I get that hot sauce at every other Bush’s I go to. Roll was dry.

25 minute wait in the drive thru just me and one other car, for just 2 - 6 tender meals. When I get home I'm even more disappointed. They weren't even tenders, they were morsels. Tell me you don't care about quality or customer service, without telling me. Six of these, with cold fries, and a half container of gravy for $14 is unacceptable, and the manager was working the counter.

The chicken is always fresh and crispy. The rolls are soft and buttery, and their sweet tea is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and the service is always quick. Definitely one of my go to spots for comfort food done right!

Chicken doesn't get any better than Bush's, crispy and tender at the same time! Restaurant dining room was clean; windows, tables, seating and floors, counters and cooking areas that could be seen. Great service!

Usually Food here is good I ordered Livers and Gizzards and they came out stale like they had been sitting there all afternoon 🤔 . My first bad visit The Young man that took the orders service was Outstanding but being served old food is not what I expected. sent food Back and it came back even worse that the old food it was redropped over cooked and hard . It was Trash Today I asked for refund . Hopefully your food will be better than my order

I came all the way from Arizona for one of my favorite restaurants to be disappointed. I ordered half and half gizzards and liver they were hard and cold. I called to get them replaced and the manager had an attitude. And said he cooks all of his gizzards and liver fresh. I told him it wasn’t and he got upset and said just come on up here and I’ll replace them when I got there. He made sure that it was already ready. It was fresh, but he purposely counted out four gizzards and four livers and put my food in a smaller box with an attitude.
Too bad I didn't check my food before I left. My friend okra was hard and crispy

This location is the worst at keeping Chicken ready! Even when you would think they would prep more for a 5pm rush, you are still sitting there waiting over 15 minutes! Needs new management!!!!

No chicken wow. Was told I would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a fresh batch. That means I have to wait an additional 20 minutes for the grease to drain and for the chicken to cool down. Not good guys. You serve chicken you should have at least 30 pieces under the heat lamps every 30 minutes. Now I know better to think I can swing by and grab a 10 or 15 piece meal on my way home after work. Oh well I guess this church's chicken again for to night.
