Went inside to order for my family. The person at the register took the order for the two people in front of us and then completely ignored us. Our order was never taken after waiting about 10 minutes. She would intentionally turn her back to us and find something to stay busy with. Extremely rude staff.

Came about 20 min before close figuring they didn’t have much left. They were super nice and ended up telling me they would make anything we wanted! I felt so bad because I didn’t want them to have to do that! But they INSISTED! Phenomenal customer service and phenomenal food. I haven’t had this pleasant of experience at a fast food place in a while! Veyonce and Christi are amazing! Thank you ladies for making my night!
Crappy service I sat outside in the drive thru for 10 minutes then a car pulled up after me and the car hop tried to go to that car first and I told her I was there first and she tried to argue with me about me not being there first then the other car still ended up getting their food first and I waited another 25 minutes to get mine

I'm not sure how hard it is to make sure an order is correct before taking it to the customer. I spent over $80 for my family, and they forgot a Mac N Cheese. They gave me a sweet tea ( I ordered a Coke), and my family order of fries was less than half full. I called, and the manager said that was how much fries came in that box. Lesson learned: Check your order before you leave. I even gave the lady a $10 tip for getting my order WRONG!

Went to the establishment today 10/04/2024 waiting to be waited on. There were four vehicles in line, I was second, two more vehicles pulled and they took care of them. When I went to speak with the manager she said they only ask who is next. But when I said I was next, they went to the other vehicles. I am guessing that was their friends. The was piss poor service, that is not how you treat folks in a community you work in. Sad state of affairs.

Yall really disappointed me today. Was served no less than by the store manager. Ordered a family size chicken strips meal that was supposed to include white gravy. IT DID NOT! And you’re the store manager? How do you correct employees mistakes when yours are just as egregious ?

I don't recommend it. It gave me nothing but leftovers. You know the size of a French fry. Even with the potatoes, the 11-inch box was placed in half by three. I think the potatoes were larger than the 20 pieces that were ordered.
As much as I love Bushes this one in particular served us the worst Burnt disgusting so called baked chicken that We have ever spent our money on. And the sad part was we couldn't even eat the food but because we had gotten all the way home it was not worth driving all the way back. The staff was professional and courteous but obviously the food was absolutely horrid. We will never eat at that Bush's again. They should change their grease, not over season and burn the chicken and then just serve it to people. That is NOT what we paid for.
