I've been here 3 times and all 3 times they've terribly messed up my order. The food is decent at best but it's just not worth the wait and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this place. As a Californian I'm disappointed?

I was so excited to try this place out instead I get shamed for being disappointed.This business is closed. One star because Ive drove here several times to get an update and it was never posted on google. You don't shame customers for leaving a poor review! Shame on you for wasting my time! Go to the La Sultana Snack Shop110 S Fort Hood St, Killeen, TX 76541. I went there instead today and it was great! How sad you feel the need to reply to me and shame me? I went on a Friday supposed to be their 'fryday' special. ($1 off any loaded fries) I order 2 carne asada fries ? size small (3.99) regular price each.. somehow I still ended up paying almost $11. So my question is...If it's $1 off any loaded fries on "fry-day".. then why is it that I got 2 small asada fries.., and still paid almost $11?

Wanted to try a new place out, opted for the Hollywood sampler to try a little of everything. I ordered the birria tacos and instead received very chewy carne asada, moving onto the mini quesadilla, opting for the "shredded chicken" but instead got huge chunks of flavorless and dry chicken. Would not recommend.

They are doing great as a small family owned and operated business during these trying times. I would suggest they write how things work now for ordering on the board when you first walk in. Be sure to scan with your phone order with the kiosk.

I came to pick up a order through the drive thru. Fist off they have a child working the drive thru. I go in to check on my order and the lastly was rude af. She yells at me she has 10 more minutes on my order and the yells that I was rude to her son. I didn’t say but 2 words to her son. Customer service is terrible here. I’ll never come back again!!!

Placed my first order with this place on Grubhub and I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered a Cali Combo (shredded chicken tacos (cilantro only) and Buffalo chicken ranch fries) and a Kids Combo (2 mini street chicken tacos) for my son. First of all, there was no straw for my drink, no plastic ware, and no napkins in the bag. The sauces had leaked out into the bag and the bean sauce from the kids combo leaked into the bag because they weren’t placed in the bag properly. To top it off, my shredded chicken tacos had one taco with “shredded” chicken and they had onions all on them when I asked for only cilantro. That’s not it, the kids combo for my son had beef tacos when I ordered chicken tacos. The tacos were dry. My son who is 8 yo said it was nasty, SMH. We both shared my Buffalo chicken ranch fries which were tasty, but we were still hungry of course. Good news though, Grubhub issued me a refund. Do NOT order from this place!!! My first time and definitely my LAST!

This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. Food takes to long,No one is answering the phone and you always get an attitude with someone there. The food is delish but something needs to be done.

Ordered the fruit cup with gummies and other toppings. I received watermelon in a cup. I also ordered the mulitas and didn’t even receive the birria to dip in. Waste of money.
Ordered at the restaurant. 40 minute wait for 2 taco plates, just to have them say that they don't have the meat we ordered.

The beans were super dry and I got horrible food poisoning after an hour of consuming the food.

The wait was about 12 minutes which was super fast. I ordered a variety of tacos, the corn and loaded carne asada fries. All of our tacos were missing the cheese. (I paid extra for cheese) the meat was super dry and the onions didn’t taste right. My daughter liked it, me not so much! Everything has a bitter aftertaste, the salsa didn’t taste good either. Very disappointed.
