Tonight me and a friend made an order and was told it would be done in 25 minutes. When we asked about our order after the 25 minutes we were told they couldnt find our food. Then we were told it was never made so we had to wait longer for them to rush to make it.
Order is wrong majority of the time, the staff seems discombobulated and it's clear there's no real leadership in the kitchen as the wait times are so slow. You could order 30 minutes in advance and come and you'd wait an additional 15-20 minutes. This has happened to me countless times! If you plan on eating her order atleast an hour in advance and maybe, just maybe you'd have a good chance at getting your order in time.
I Do Not Recommend. The Only Reason Why I Gave It 2 Stars Is Because My Husband's Wing Flavor Was Correct (All Drums: Hickory BBQ) And They Gave Me All Flats Like I Asked. Other Than That, I Would've Bee Given Them No Stars. On Our Way To The Restaurant, We Tried Calling And Placing An Order So Our Order Can Be Ready By The Time We Got There.
