The food was ok. I ordered takeout, Chicken and Shrimp Pho with Spring Rolls. I was very disappointed with the Spring Rolls, shrimp looked like they were sliced in half and they were already so small. Way too much lettuce and noodles inside. The Pho was ok. Overall I wished I would have chosen another place.

On the phone I ordered a Grilled Pork Banh Mi with jalapeño on the side with extra pate. It's about 30 mins before closing and they were nice to sound so nice on the phone. Still I am in search for the best Banh Mi in Killeen. I've decided to take a bite in the parking lot. The bread is good. Nice a fresh and toasted. There were picked carrots I think I see cucumbers. The pate appears like a red spread. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be asking for like daikon but I look forward to that whenever I order banh mi. On this day in 02.06.2024 - my price of only the sandwich is $7.09. Ok it tasted good but I got my preferences. I'd like pickled daikon. Overall it tasted good. I should literally start a food blog because I'd like to rate all the banh mi places I've tried in Killeen. That's probably something I'll have to think about.

The ambiance was definitely a family feel. This cute mom and pop shop is definitely a go to for me because I love supporting small businesses and I really like their service. The mom was eating but got straight up to the kitchen to make my order The pop came out and gave me my smoothies with the biggest smile and I just couldn't help but smile too and that's why I gave this place 4 stars. I knocked one star off only because I have yet to try the food. But tasting their smoothies and for their price, really brought me back to home. It's a bit of a tight space so if you have a big family (4+) and they already have people seated, it might be a bit tight in there but it definitely looks like a great place to relax and eat and enjoy your own food. I do plan to eat here soon but I just ordered some drinks to go. My smoothies were delicious and I definitely plan to come back.

Probably some of the best traditional Pho and spring rolls I’ve ever had here in Central Texas area. Food there is simply amazing! The place is very very clean and nicely kept for such a small building, atmosphere is always on point and everyone there is super nice, you can’t help but to always leave a generous tip! This place is phenomenal and authentic. They have great customer service and delicious food. I love the portions given here and also the simplicity. I recommend going after the lunch rush so you can unwind and enjoy your food properly. They also have boba smoothies and sandwiches available which was great to see.We will be back in the near future for the awesome experience again. Our family loves pho and it was great to have one near us. Thank you and thanks for having professional customer service.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate if you have allergies since there was a huge sign upon ordering your meal.Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and can accommodate kid portions for your child. This restaurant was hands down one of my new favorite places to go! I'm only knocking down one star because there wasn't a lot of seating. The service was great. It was a rather quiet environment, which I really enjoyed. I ordered some chicken pho and a smoothie. Hands down the best I've had here in Texas.
The building is clean, the staff are great, and the food is amazing. Easily the best traditional restaurant in KILLEENDietary restrictions: They asked about dietary restrictions and were very understanding when I told them about my nut allergy. They pointed out the possible orders.

I love nothing more then a Mom & Pop vibe! Take it from me the really picky eater ..I loved it! From the warm Hello from EVERYONE when I walked in the door to the sweet young lady at the counter my encounter was awesome. FOOD WAS ON POINT! Took my sick day at home to a fat and full day with a satisfied smile. Thank you ? I have enough food to eat more later today and for sure tomorrow. ?

The family-run business is clean and welcoming. Many restaurants in Killeen have a film of buildup on the tables; Chau's Cafe doesn't have an issue with that! The dining area is dim with a cool temperature making eating so close to the window a pleasant surprise. Seating is on the intimate side. The service time is under 20min, not bad. Food presentation is nice. This will be my go-to spot for a quick lunch and Taro boba drink. The shrimp spring rolls are packed with noodles and lack veggies. I would like to have added cucumber and bell pepper or even carrots. The grilled pork bahm mi is fantastic! Filled perfectly and very filling. I look forward to my next visit. Supporting small businesses make me feel like I'm being a good citizen.

Let me tell you that this is my favorite new spot for PHO! The natural taste of the broth requires ZERO additional toppings. Super tasty! The quaint spot is super clean! The popping tea was delicious, and our spring rolls were made to our liking! I don't normally eat peanut sauce, but I ate the last drop to the container they gave us. I will be back for sure! Sorry, there are no photos because I ate it all before I thought about the pictures.

The owners are super sweet and friendly. The cashier was super helpful in recommending items and I don’t get pho anywhere else in Killeen. They may close at odd hours sometimes lol but it’s worth the wait. Their smoothie bobas are so good too. And the prices are amazing.
