This was a really good event and I hope it gets bigger and better every year. Some constructive criticism is as follows: 1.where the tickets are purchased have a map or list of the Beer vendors so people can rate it and provide feedback, 2. the Music was too loud and one couldn't hold a conversation, 3. Have additional Food trucks, 1truck isn't adequate. Overall it was a great and successful event!!!!

Absolutely love these folks and the food they prepare. I'm used to seeing them at the brewery in Salado during Oktoberfest. It was a nice surprise to see their truck across the street from my work today. I've been through almost the entire menu, and everything is delicious. Their curry wurst and fries is probably my favorite dish. But, like I said, EVERYTHING is delicious here. So you can't go wrong with anything you order here. ?

The service was awesome. The young man who was working in this heat (heat index is 108°) and still had such a fantastic attitude was refreshing to see.The Jägerschnitzel & Pommes frites were delicious. I will most certainly be returning.

Had the Bratwursts with kraut and hot mustard at Barrow Brewing in Salado last night and OMG it was excellent!! Will be back to try more of the menu items asap!

I loved my meal from this food truck! The Doener Wrap was delicious, and Turkish sauce complimented all of the ingredients so well. The home fries were also super yummy! Very well seasoned, a bit too salty but it my have been a one-off thing. My husband had the schnitzel sandwich and home fries and enjoyed it too. We can’t want to eat more from this menu!

This is the best food truck I’ve ever been to! All of the food was great and authentic. Great Schnitzel Sandwich, so big I had to share. I will be on the hunt for the next stop they do.

As authentic as you can get! I can’t even put into words how amazing the food is. Then there’s the beautiful couple that run it…just amazing people. I will be eating here as often as possible
