Ordered ahead for a mobile pickup, so easy. Tried the grilled chicken club, it was very good, as were the waffle fries, most of which did not make it back to my house. 😁😋😆

The service was very quick and the workers were very polite. The food was both hot and fresh, however I ended up getting very sick after eating there. Not sure what happened with that but I most likely won’t be returning.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: I as a customer on Nov 28, 2025 would like to call your attention to a crew member who went above and beyond that day for me during a most embarrassing situation. I placed an order in drive through and realized a few things were missing but Ms. Marines came through and was such a blessing. Please give her her flowers and even a free meal. Ya'll have angels on your team didn't even know it. Her smile and grace was so needed in that situation and for that I will eternally be grateful to her.

went out for breakfast with my boyfriend this morning. i don’t get chick-fil-a breakfast often, but when i do, i go for the breakfast bowl & it’s always really good! the staff were friendly, the service was great, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. my experience was great!

Everything is good except for a long line waiting even with mobile order. They should break into 2 different lines at the first get in line.
Wouldn’t know how the food was. Waited 30 mins only to end up asking for a refund because we still hadn’t received our food. Called to speak with the manager and she asked me what she could do to mend the situation, I told her and then she said she couldn’t do that 😂 so what was the point in asking? An apology doesn’t give me my wasted time in line back or put food in my stomach. Leadership needs some more training.

The Chick-fil-A game I played with the cows reward on the Chick-fil-A app, said I had a free reward for a 5 piece Chicken Nuggets. It did not say original or grilled. The only reason I was allowed to use the reward, because my husband ate the free 5 piece original 5 piece chicken nuggets. I in turn ordered a 5 piece grilled chicken nugget. Please fix the app.
