3 stars because even for a chick fil a, they are very very slow. They always seem understaffed as well.

Everything is good except for a long line waiting even with mobile order. They should break into 2 different lines at the first get in line.

Wouldn’t know how the food was. Waited 30 mins only to end up asking for a refund because we still hadn’t received our food. Called to speak with the manager and she asked me what she could do to mend the situation, I told her and then she said she couldn’t do that 😂 so what was the point in asking? An apology doesn’t give me my wasted time in line back or put food in my stomach. Leadership needs some more training.

The Chick-fil-A game I played with the cows reward on the Chick-fil-A app, said I had a free reward for a 5 piece Chicken Nuggets. It did not say original or grilled. The only reason I was allowed to use the reward, because my husband ate the free 5 piece original 5 piece chicken nuggets. I in turn ordered a 5 piece grilled chicken nugget. Please fix the app.

I don’t what is up with this location but no smiles no thank yous, everyone seemed unhappy and checked out. We picked this over in and out! What a bummer, the Killeen location needs a tip or two from the heights location.

Seriously, Chick-fil-A's customer service is on another level, it's amazing! I love how easy it is to order ahead on the app; it saves so much time. Picking up my food is always super smooth and fast, which is a major win. Plus, I've never once had a missing item from my order, which is a rarity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service!

Chick-fil-A gets most things right. Coffee in the morning from the drive thru they have wrong. Is it because it’s the little single shots of creamer that you don’t just put the cream and sugar in the coffee? It’s so inconvenient to order in the drive thru and still have to prepare my coffee. What’s worse is when two days in a row there’s no stirrer in my bag so it’s either go back through drive thru or get out of my car (which I didn’t want to do) and go inside. Please Chick-fil-A, get a creamer / sugar dispenser.

They need to take a look at the breakfast cooking team. Consistently disappointed is the quality of breakfast. I recently went to another state and had breakfast there and it was perfect but every time I try this location I'm disappointed
Specific improvements I'd like to see:
Bread the chicken completely.
Take your time assembling the biscuits don't just throw it together.
Service is great so please keep up the good work there!
