The Chick-fil-A game I played with the cows reward on the Chick-fil-A app, said I had a free reward for a 5 piece Chicken Nuggets. It did not say original or grilled. The only reason I was allowed to use the reward, because my husband ate the free 5 piece original 5 piece chicken nuggets. I in turn ordered a 5 piece grilled chicken nugget. Please fix the app.
Seriously, Chick-fil-A's customer service is on another level, it's amazing! I love how easy it is to order ahead on the app; it saves so much time. Picking up my food is always super smooth and fast, which is a major win. Plus, I've never once had a missing item from my order, which is a rarity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service!
Chick-fil-A gets most things right. Coffee in the morning from the drive thru they have wrong. Is it because it’s the little single shots of creamer that you don’t just put the cream and sugar in the coffee? It’s so inconvenient to order in the drive thru and still have to prepare my coffee. What’s worse is when two days in a row there’s no stirrer in my bag so it’s either go back through drive thru or get out of my car (which I didn’t want to do) and go inside....
