If you go here ASK FOR HENRY! He’s amazing. Best service and even when he’s not waiting your table you feel and see his energy around the restaurant. So tentative and amazing! Yall better keep him!

Super friendly staff! Amazing environment! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch nachos because I was craving “loaded nachos”. First batch was stale, second batch was more fresh but they just melt shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. When I asked for more melted cheese they just gave us a bowl of shredded cheese. If you want quality “loaded nachos” this place isn’t it. But their Merry Maker Marg was phenomenal!

We had Henry as our waiter and such a sweet caring and fast server never had to ask for refills or anything he was on it , food was amazing as well. Definitely will be going back.

So I have been coming to Chili’s and ordering to go food online from them for years & am thankful they have a black bean patty since I am vegetarian. Today, my work ordered to go lunch online as we do 1-2 Saturdays a month. I usually get the Santa Fe salad with no protein then call the store to sub the black bean patty as the protein as I have done for years. When I went to pick up the food I was told I had to pay extra for the black bean patty, I told the girl I have been ordering that salad with the black bean patty as a sub for protein in store and online, calling in to have it subbed since it isn’t an option online, and had never been charged extra before. She didn’t really care and paid me pay the extra charge, so I will no longer be dining at this Chili’s and will always recommend we get something else on Saturdays at work.

Chili's is my go to casual dine in restaurant , been a loyal customer since they began , but as the days go by ? There quality and consistency is gone out the door . I had fajitas beef and shrimp , the beef wasn't fajita meat or skirt steak ? It was at best a flat iron or sirloin , the shrimp were cheap , the quality and preparation was sub par . I like chili's hate to see them go down the hill .
