Haven’t been here in a while. No longer the chopsticks I knew but, still called chopsticks and under new management. Great food, good prices definitely worth the portion size too. Staff were very attentive. A nice little cozy spot to enjoy.

I remember this place being so different. I’ve had better food at other places. Honestly couldn’t recommend this…. Unless you like mid style food :/

I use to eat at chopstick when I was younger. I remember it being good and figured it could be nostalgic. Well... it was memorable but not in the best way. I went there and asked questions. Like what was in there eel sauce and what kind of soy sauce they use. I have a gluten allergy and just want to be safe. I think the cook was offended by my questions or just having a bad day. They seemed very unimpressed with my questions. I just wanted to see if I could eat theor sushi or dragon rolls and such. He pulled out a unmarked bottle and showed me. It was like a classic ketchup bottle that was frosted clear container that is unlabeled with a brown liquid. That didn't really tell me much. But, the picture outside showed they had bibimbop. I know that is safe! Just veggies on rice with egg and cooked beef with seasoning. Well... when it came out it was very sad. The rice was not cooked all the way or there was not enough water. The egg was over cooked and hard. It suppose to be runny so it can soak in the rice to give richness. The veggies... hardly any. They just gave zucchini and lots of shitake mushrooms. There might have been a sprinkle of carrot. That's it. No spinach, no bean sprouts, no kimchi. The zucchini was also sad. Was not fresh and might be close to spoiling. And there was just way too many mushrooms. The dish became this... slop like texture in the end and had little color. Just not appetizing and did not taste that good. Nothing like the picture outside. Ingredients are not listed.
If you come here, I recommend focus on sushi. They had lots of options and even unique ideas. Fun in that aspect. But not fun for someone with gluten allergy. The waitress was nice and trying her best tho. She couldn't speak very well due to surgery on her throat. But did her best to give customer service. So I give service 3 stars. Bad intention with cook, good with waitress. I give food 2 stars for my dish alone, but still think the sushi might be great! If only I could have ate it too. It was quiet and not busy when I went at like... I think closer to 4 pm. Doesn't seem busy. I recommend try the sushi for sure if you are vegan or someone who likes sushi.

I don’t normally write reviews but This was our first time dining in here and the waitress had no idea what any of the rolls were, we got the wrong rolls of nothing we asked for, the fish was not fresh, the rolls were Hott when they were supposed to be cold and overall the service was terrible. I shouldn’t of even paid for the service or the rolls

Walked in and no one greeted us, sat there for 5 minutes had to walk up to the front and ask for a menu. After about 15 minutes of waiting decided to leave and just pickup sushi from HEB instead and go watch a movie at home…
Service is not great Sundays. Maybe it’s better other days…

It's been a couple years since eating at Chopstick, but man was I disappointed today. There was no pho which is strange since pho is literally in their name. The avocado bomb that I remembered loving as a chilled/fresh deconstructed sushi bowl is now fried, heavy & warm (I personally find warm avocado disgusting). The shrimp shumai used to be delicate and steamed, but now they FRY it as well which I feel is such a poor way to prepare shumai. Lastly, the miso soup is overpoweringly rich & over-seasoned that I had to water it down just to eat it. I'm not sure why they changed their menu so much, but I see now why they don't have the best reviews anymore.
Will not go back

Years ago, this place wasn’t too bad. Today marks the last time I eat at this restaurant. The food was pricey and tasted VERY BLAND!!!! The gyoza/mandu was fried too long that it dried up and you could not even taste the food anymore. The PHO tasted shy of water in a bowl🤦🏻♀️ It was just a horrible experience.

The food is so delicious here. They have a new chef now, and everything is up to perfection. Yes, the food is expensive, but everything is made from scratch with real ingredients. I Highly recommend this spot and can't wait to come back.
