The restaurant was out of there usual character plates due to a busy weekend, and we made a joke about having only regular plates. A few minutes later, the gentleman helping us came out and said he found an extra pack of character plates. A nice little touch to make the day special!

The kids love it of course. The pizza, it's ok, but that's not what you're there for. Decent salad bar with fresh veggies. Very friendly staff and clean for as many little hands are all over the place. Lol

Please watch out for the manager, he has been reported to corporate. He was very inappropriate during my visit. Picked up my friend’s baby and held her without permission, came into women’s restroom to change paper towels while other women/kids were still using toilets. Took pictures of my friends loading their children in cars in the parking lot. It took 53 minutes for them to produce 3 small orders of fries and they were served cold and undercooked.

Horrible service the manager Amanda over charged me and when I went back to the register to told her I was overcharged and she got very nasty attitude and refused to refund me back the money she overcharged. She then proceeded to make a scene and threaten me over something that was fault on her end. Worse customer service ever!
Chuck E. Cheese is not the same anymore. If it weren't for the jump area at this location, the kids would have nothing to do. They're were literally kids playing catch with a football because the games either don't work at all or they don't last for more than a fraction of the time they used to while you end up paying a lot more. We won't be returning here.
