Ordered 8 piece white meat order to go, only to find out later that we received 6 pieces and a leg…shady and deceptive

so when did they discontinue the icing for the apple pies??? that’s what we were told after ordering 4 to get home to plain fried pies. when we called back the night shift mgr said they no longer had the icing it was discontinued.

This is by far the worst churches you can go to. The wait is extremely long. & whoever the fair skin guy with orange hair is needs to be fired. He is so slow. On multiple occasions, my food has either been wrong, takes too long, or both. Today was my last straw. I placed a mobile order at 6:46pm. Did not receive order until 7:34pm. Officially over it.

Food was hot and fresh and service was great. But the employee had a full beard but not face net on.

It’s only 8:50 and the restaurant looks shut down. When I order the manager (a black women with dreads) offer me the 3 pieces of chicken they had left out of 4 pieces of chicken they had up. Which wasn’t even chicken pieces, they were wings, it’s unacceptable how this restaurant is not fully functioning because of wanting to close early. If I pay for fresh hot chicken, I shouldn’t be getting whatever you have left especially not the tiny pieces of chicken when I’m Ordering a 3 or 4 piece chicken. Please advice your manager to be considerate of paying customers. We don’t just show up to get whatever you have left. We show up to get the best church’s chicken. I’m very disappointed because I love chicken, and this ruined it for me. Why do you only have 4 pieces left at 8:50?

Ordered a two piece and was told it would be 8 minutes for the chicken and this the chicken I received. Payed for jalapeños and they got them bagged up hanging above the damn fry station don’t nobody want sautéed jalapeño keep them on ice until purchased

Ordered my meal for carryout as I was tired from working all day and didnt want to wait in a drive thru forever for my food. Was given a time to pick it up of 622pm I showed up after 630 just incase they were busy to give them extra time. The staff was friendly. My order was not ready when I got there and I was told it would be another 10 minutes before it would be. Not a horrible place but dont bother with carry out just go thru the drive thru if u choose to use them. The manager made me feel a little uncomfortable with how he was looking at me as if I had no right to be upset when I had Ordered ahead and still waited longer than those in drive thru. All around an uncomfortable situation. The food was good and hot though so will give them kudos on that. I always try to mention the positive along with any negatives.

Every time I come to this place, it keeps seeming like it’s just going down and down and downhill my mashed potatoes look like straight garbage and old looking no gravy the chicken sucked. Customer service sucked.
