I was very unhappy serving people on the line that pull up after me that I have been there 15 minutes right as I was promised, my food would be ready at 15 minutes, but I think they took the food to serve other people

Look people, it's church's chicken. Lets not expect it to be chik fil a, ok! Yes, the service is slow. Yes, they may mess up your order. Yes, you may catch an attitude or slow initiative from the young folks working there...but you chose church's to eat because of the biscuits and pies and cheaper option of fried chicken. So when you GETTING hungry and you ain't rushing nowhere or wanna catch up on your favorite videos on YouTube. Go to churchs

Was set to go to KFC but they had a really long wait, settled for Churchs on Stan Schleuter. HORRIBLE!!! Chicken was dry like it had been sitting for a long while. And as glad as I was to see they try to keep the restaurant clean, the staff was inconsiderate, she decided to clean the tables with chemicals while we were still eating. Won't go back and DO NOT recommend!!!!

I REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE BEFORE MANAGEMENT CHANGED , FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD AND NEVER FRESH ANYMORE 🫩 I USED TO EAT HERE FOR LUNCH FAILTHFULLY NOW I DONT EVEN ADD UT AS AN OPTION, got okra yesterday and tasted like purfume ! Cold ! And dry !

Sign says under new management The staff is friendlier. But unfortunately they still serve cold food stale etc. makes me feel like I wasted my money if My first urge is the spit it out because it's so stale or cold. I gave it another shot cuz it said under new management but I'm going to stick with KFC and Popeyes

I got chicken that was very heavily breaded, making it too hard to eat. I contacted Jalisha and she replaced it with chicken that was regular breading. Anthony was the cook and he also came to the window to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. This store has definitely got my future business.

Went to the Churches Chicken on Stan Schlueter. The chicken was dry, over cooked and without any seasoning. I ordered two Apple pies, both of them had paper stuck to their backs. Couldn't even eat them. NEGATIVE -1

I Rarely make reviews but this was my last chance giving this place a shot so my mom and me went to church's chicken completely hungry and we left hungry we ordered at 6:05 and was told to wait and we waited for a long time and when it was 6:30 we still didn't get our food so my mom went in to see what was going on the workers hadn't dropped the tenders that we ordered and was just putting batter on them,they claimed when we asked what are we waiting on they claimed we were waiting on the fries but just as they said that we saw a lady grabbing a bag of fries and putting it into the fryer and when the tenders were done they were just sitting there and nobody was putting our food in the box and repeatedly the manager would ask my mom if she got her food and even though my mom said no everytime the manager said nor did nothing for us to get our food so eventually after being there for an hour my mom asked the manager for a refund and we left at 7 o'clock and safe to say this church's has lost a loyal customer

Food is mediocre at best. Service is terrible. You wait at the speaker before you order for 10 minutes. Then wait 10-20 more in the parking lot for your food.

This has got to be the worst Church’s Chicken I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this place multiple chances, under the old and new management, hoping it would get better, but I’m always left disappointed and still hungry.
The sides and biscuit are actually good, but the chicken is just bad. I don’t know how a chicken place manages to mess up chicken, but they do every time. That was my last time giving this location a shot.

OMG Darius was a whole vibe. Not only did he provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE ACTUALLY GAVE ME A SMILE THAT I NEEDED I WAS HAVING A ROUGH DAY.
