The staff was so nice here! And the food was amazing! We will be coming back! We ordered the Egg, Ham, and cheese breakfast sandwich as well as the Coqui breakfast platter and they were both sooo delicious you can tell that the bread is fresh and homemade! I definitely recommend giving this place a try it is a hidden gem! Sadly I was not able to try to coffee out, but I saw espresso machines and I can already imagine the quality of the coffee brewed and pulled to perfection!
In Killeen there are many Puerto Rican food businesses, but very few or almost none offer the option of a traditional Puerto Rican-style breakfast, such as eating a cremita, oatmeal, and freshly made cornmeal with cinnamon. They also sell sobao bread, various empanadas, mallorcas and coffee. I hope to return there soon for another breakfast treat. The lady who serves is very friendly. The cost is reasonable… it is not cheap, but it is reasonable considering that it is a pleasure...

You could get away with some old burnt bean water and l'd probably still enjoy it, but this coffee was the real deal.
