My husband and I just bought the Mofongo with chicken adobo and a lunch special that was carne frita with arroz con gandules and a chicken pastelillo. It was so delicious. The amount of flavor that was in these dishes. Really good. Definitely recommend this restaurant that wants to try some new fusion. The owner was also very welcoming and I love the vibes to the restaurant. Thank you again for this delicious food! Really enjoyed our meals.

So glad we stopped by today. The owner is adorable and was nice talking to her.. She works along side her mother and mother in law they make an amazing team. Great atmosphere. Got to eat the Pollo guisado, carnitas fritas, chicken and beef pastelillos and EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS… Tasted really authentic. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you haven’t already, you will not be disappointed…

Culture Cuisine serves primarily Puerto Rican and Filipino dishes. There are days where she varies the menu even more when she throws a little Jamaican food and a few other Carribean or Asian dishes in. Her chicken dishes were so tender and moist. Everything is aromatic and plated so nicely. Portions are good. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. I wish my pictures were better, but you really just need to go there and order so you can experience it all for yourself. The dishes felt like you were going to that one Aunt's house in the family, that cooks really good and everyone wants to have the family get together over at her house. You feel welcomed as soon as you're seated and your food comes out pretty fast. We left with several to-go boxes. You won't leave there not satisfied.

The food was a 100/10 and was super fresh !! This place looks a bit sketchy on the outside but the inside is cozy and inviting. The dining areas are nice and bathrooms are clean . You can see them preparing your food .You can tell that they love working along side one another. Not to mention the customer service.. omg are they kind! They explained everything o the menu to me without hesitation and was patient in my decision making . Im so happy to have found this lot gem hidden in killeen!

We were originally going to take the food to go but the warm welcome when we walked in made us want to stay and enjoy our time there. TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE, Melissa greeted us with the hugest smile and beautiful smile. Initially we were going to get our food to go but the atmosphere and welcoming prompted us to say. I ordered the Carnitas Fritas and my husband had the Adobo Chicken, both FRESH and were seasoned to perfection! Melissa we will be back very soon!

I came primarily for the pancit, but ended up getting the chicken pastilillos, and fried rice as well. All of it was absolutely amazing. The portions, and flavor were perfect. The customer service was also absolutely lovely. I plan to be back again soon.
