There are better places to go. They are constantly out of main ingredients like milk and ice cream. Half of their flavors have gone bad. Go to a different location.

Was refused to be served after asking what kind of alcohol is in a drink as a friendly question. Would never come here again, I want to think maybe the server was having a bad day but it’s still unacceptable to be so rude when a person is just asking is the drink vodka based or tequila which is a innocentQuestion. Also the Lobby was closed so it’s not like we could read the menu closely to get the ingredients. If you are unsure of what to get don’t come here they are not friendly at all.

Great place for some yummy drinks, they also have different types of jello shots including the syringe job including Les Orange jello shots . Dominique is amazing there were alot of different choices like when we were in Vegas ??

This was my 1st time at this location which was on Clear Creek. Clean and small location but the young lady was pleasant . The drinks are always decent, they have other options like infused ice cream ? and coffee will return again

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI ME EVERY TIME IM IN THE K PLEASE
This is the second time I have tried this location. I visited themA second time even though We did not have a great first experience. We used their drive thru which is super convenient… except there are no menus to order from so you have to pull the menu up on your phone. We ordered large drinks with 5 extra shots… I can only assume they forgot them because the drinks were not potent at all. We then ordered several gummy shots…. These consisted of supposedly liquor soaked gummy bears (no jello). Super disappointed as did not taste any liquor and the dryness of the gummy bears left me less than enthusiastic.

I went to the belton location and had the virgin mango chamoy and 2 cups of the yummy wild gummies, went back for seconds! The staff was friendly and gave me samples to make sure my drink was exactly what I wanted.

The manger at this location is horrible. They should really find someone to replace her. No customer service skills at all. My wife and, I go here allThe time. Never had a problem. My wife orders the same thing all the time amaretto sour. Well today she was drinking it and, she told me it tasted funny like coconut was In it. She’s is highly allergic to coconut. So I said let me taste it. When I tasted it I said yep that’s coconut. After my wife took her EpiPen we went back up there. We were very polite even though they almost killed my wife. We weren’t even greeted upon entering we were told immediately they don’t do refund or change out the drink By the manger. We tried to explain the mistake they made and she kept cutting us off as we talk. They even had a new person in there which would explain the reason why a mistake occurred.After getting absolutely NO WHERE with the rude manger we asked for someone above her. We were told their is no one. Well, we called around and actually there is.Also, it was how mean and nonchalant she was to us that showed us it was way deeper. We were treated like trash. I’ll never go to this location again.
