Horrible from the get go. Lady taking our order at the drive thru was very rude and short. Seemed like she was bothered by us even placing an order. When we got to the window to pay she wouldn’t even make eye contact and just stuck her hand out for payment. Did not let us know what was what and didn’t flip any of our blizzards and once we got them we saw why, they were melted and it would have definitely poured out. I won’t be going there again, just find the next one and avoid this one.

Ordered through drive-thru and received awful customer service. The lady was rude and seemed annoyed that we were placing an order. At the window, she hit my side mirror with the window and gave me a dirty look and said nothing. Our blizzards were melted-not flipped before handing to us. It’s worth your time to just head to one of the other Killeen locations.

Not a good experience the drive cashier was not professional at all didn't ask if I wanted crispy or grilled menu is off. They had us waiting in parking lot for nearly 15min waiting and when receiving the order the bag was tossed to me by the short black girl , no name tags but no need they lost my business.. buyers beware 👀

Employees are extremely unprofessional. They speak incorrectly. They yell. They cuss. They laugh. They handed us a box that was torn and was not even in a togo sack. By the time I got it home, the steam had made the box very flimsy and had to support.

I went to go order an extreme brownie blizzard. Waited a couple minutes got it and didn’t have any brownie in there it looked like pretty much was barely even halfway mixed in somehow melted already. And it wasn’t even busy
