17DEC25. Ordered a chicken strip basket. Very respectfully asked for ketchup to be put in a gravy container because I hate tear aways. My request was acknowledged and affirmed. Received order, there were only tear away packets. The kicker… there were also tear away ketchup packets thrown into my actual food. I found this completely unsanitary and unprofessional considering my request was acknowledged and affirmed. Ketchup packets are handled by who knows how many people, and then carelessly tossed into my basket full of food. Gross.

I ordered a strawberry sundae and to be honest, I don't think the person knew what they were doing. I ended up with a lump of ice cream with strawberry juice and cream running down the sides of the cup. I had to clean it up just to hold it.

From the management to the employees all need to be fired. It was ridiculous to see how nasty the employees were and the so- called manager played with employees like little kids, while customers seeing that ignorance and stupidity.

Me and my wife went by today I ordered the Blizzard of the month. When the girl haded me the blizzard she did NOT turn it upside down when I mentioned this to her she closed the window and walked away. After looking at the blizzard it was obvious why she did NOT turn it upside down because it was so runny it would of fell on the ground.
I bought an original DQ ice cream cake from here this past week, and the ice Cream cake seemed like it was sitting in the fridge for forever. It had a caked on layer of ice on the top. For a small cake that was over $35 I was upset at the quality. I didn’t really see the condition of the cake when I bought it because the cover was a bit foggy. They also can’t add any other decorations or writing to the cake. Definitely old freezer burnt cakes at this place would not recommend.

Had to be the fastest service I have ever gotten from any DQ. I was pleasantly surprised with it. Normally you are waiting for a few minutes if you get a malt, but not here they were on point on getting my order ready I a speedy manner with nothing messed up about it.
