Ordered a brownie sunday. Told the brownies 'ran out'. The gentleman elected to make a toffee sundae or 'heath' sunday for a 4 year old. Poor choice. Ordered 2 strawberry sundays. 1 scoop is not enough and our usual DQ outs 3 scoops? Got a moolatte. Unsure but the blend should not be white for the mocha. Nithing turned out right. A trainee on front counter, unassisted, for a sunday night when baseball is in season was a poor management choice. We will not be visiting again. Forwarning to future customers- be diligent to what your requests are and avoid this place at all costs. Sad that this is the bearest location to us since the move. And sad its managed so poorly.

I'm in love with the Choco Dipped Strawberry Blizzard. The DQ in Copperas Cove makes the best ones, so full of Chocolate and Strawberries. It's my new guilty

Arrived at 917 and immediately placed order. Didn't get our ice cream (1 MD blizzard, 1 mini blizzard, 1 hot fudge sunday) until 9:46 and was immediately asked if we were going to eat our ice cream here or to go. Google says they closed at 11 so my family came with what we thought would be plenty of time to enjoy ice cream as a family. However they told us they closed at 10. So I asked them for supplies to make it to go and they did not give us anything. We quickly tried to eat considering we have a 2 year old and 9 month old with us. At 9:59 we were getting ready to leave. Standing, putting lids on blizzards, throwing away trash. Immediately an employee starts to tell us that they're closed and asked us to leave. Which was upsetting because we were actively grabbing our stuff. Took us 30 min to get our food. Never told us in that time frame they closed soon and we were rushed rudely. My daughter started crying because she didn't understand why we were rushing to leave her fun ice cream trip.

Giving 2 stars only because we weren't allowed to go in the restaurant. My husband and I made a 30 minute trip to get chicken and dumplings. We got there early, waited for them to open only to be told that the restaurant would not open until 10:30. We left. We were very disappointed, not sure if we will be back.Website says they open at 10, employees were seen coming in at 10....hmmm, there may be a problem at this location.

I love DQ! The ice cream is always so creamy. My all time favorite go to is the Snickers Blizzard add cheesecake and extra chocolate sauce!

The staff wasn't very attentive. The music was too loud and employees took forever completing 2 orders of medium size fries that my friend and I ordered. At shift change, not sure if a customer or staff member, coming in for shift change smoked a blunt. ( with or without marijuana) They pulled the smell into the building. So if it was an employee you may want to let them know it's noticeable
