My pizza and tater tots was burnt and I didn't have extra cheese and I will never order from this location again I was very disappointed I'm not even from Killeen Texas I just thought I would give them a try my worst mistake

I’m not sure if it’s a domino’s thing but nobody in this building had gloves on. I will never order from here again. It’s very unsanitary. It’s concerning. We got lucky. The lady that made our pizza only touched the dough. And she made our pizza which I felt was lucky because I didn’t see her make anyone else’s. The person who made our pizza is off to the left side in the picture.

I was on my way home, my in-laws had ordered food for me. He got there before I did and kindly waited a few minutes for me. Trevor was very, very nice and compassionate.! I want to thank him again for having the patience and still being so kind to me.
I always have good pizza but sometimes I can just see how defeated some of these delivery drivers and your in-store employees are. I’m noticing that most of these bad reviews are due to your store hours and closing schedule. Maybe if you stopped taking orders before close, your in-store and drivers won’t be as bad in their service. Remember a happy employee, is a happy consumer. Do better for your employees. Let them go home at a decent time and not almost an hour and a half past close and maybe they won’t be dicks to their deliveries.

It’s usually spot on but I recently I placed an order through the app for carside pickup, and the tracker said my order was complete but I sat in my car for 15 minutes. I went inside and sure enough my pizzas were just sitting there.
