Paid $50+ for burned cheese, burnt pepperoni, just nasty pizza. Usually order from Papa John’s but there was a buy one get one free pizza. But you get what you pay for. I rather pay the extra.

I ordered some pizzas through the app for pick up. It said they would be ready in 8-12 minutes. I showed up to the store 20 minutes after ordering to pick them up only to be told they weren't ready yet and they didnt have an order for me yet. Even though I had a notification on my phone that said a Seth had apparently started making my order. The guy at the window also told me that he had to refresh his screen before it came though which was a lie because I could clearly see my name up on a monitor in the store through the drive through window.

To make matters worse the guy prepared my pizza after it already being extremely late and proceeded to make me wait even longer while he boxed other pizzas when mine was already ready. So what should have been no more than 20 minutes toltal between ordering and pick up turned into almost an hr by the time it was all said and done. And to finish off this rant I got no apologies or anything he passed the pizzas through the window like he wasn't at fault for anything and like he didnt lie to my face and then he walked away! This was the worst dominoes I've ever been to. I suggest taking your business to an alternate location!

I accidently over tipped my driver by 100.00. He didn't have to.saay anything. But he did and I was so.impressed with hi honey. I called the store got refunded and gave him a 50.00 tip because one thing I value is honesty

I’m not sure if it’s the oven, or personnel taking the pizza out of the oven too soon but the dough has been really bad and undercooked last couple of orders.

Today is 6-12-25 1305. Thumbs down to the manager India if that’s her real name. I ordered lunch! Ordered never came to me. I called the store and spoke to India and was told my order came back to the store. I would have to pay again to get a fresh order or she will send the cold order to me! I use this store many times but I will never use this store again.!!! India !!! Shame on you.

This is usually a great place to order from, and we've had good experiences in the past. However, this time, my kids and I got extremely sick after eating our order. We didn’t have anything unusual — just two medium pizzas, one with pepperoni and cheese, and the other with pepperoni, cheese, and banana peppers. I’m not sure what went wrong or if there was any cross-contamination, but we definitely shouldn’t have gotten this sick from it.

Placed an order for pickup at the window. App said pickup in 17-23 min. I show up 30min after the order. Guy asks what my name is. Got it wrong 4 times. After the sixth time I said my name he tells me that he’s not sure if my order is done or not. That they prioritize delivery orders not pickups. And that “he doesn’t agree with it either” which I guess meant he was insinuating that I stated I disagree with it although I hadn’t said anything more than my name 6 times up to this point. He then proceeded to tell me that they will bring it to me when it’s ready. But not sure when that will be. And if anyone pulls up behind me to pull forward and drive back around so he can process more payments. First time I’ve ever had an issue here. Kinda disappointed
