First time coming to this location. Service was very rude. The male making the drinks had a rude attitude when my wife asked about our drinks after waiting 15 minutes when the store was not busy. This location also does not have trash cans inside the building if you eat inside. Coming to this location be prepared to have rude service and to bring your trash with you to your car after eating.

It’s unbelievable that this place is still open. Went yesterday & ordered a white chocolate something to drink & bacon egg & cheese croissant. I was the only customer at this location by the way. The girl handed me a crumpled up paper with a sandwich inside & almost slammed the door in my face without giving me my drink. I opened the sandwich & it was burnt all over the croissant….the entire top was black. I didn’t have time to go back & complain or ask for a refund, so the birds got it. My drink tasted so old too, like old coffee & they had half a can of whipped cream on top with cinnamon (idk if the white chocolate drink comes with cinnamon but it wasn’t it)
I won’t ever be going back to dunkin. This wasn’t my first bad experience at this location either.

Unfortunately every time I come here I keep thinking I’m going to get fast service, But it’s extremely slow on a consistent basis. Maybe they’re having technical difficulties or something.

We walked in to find the restaurant completely empty, aside from five employees standing together and chatting. We waited for a moment before one finally turned around and said, “Sir, you can use the kiosk,” then immediately went back to their conversation. There was no attempt at customer service, no greeting, and no willingness to answer a simple question before we ordered. With multiple employees available but uninterested in helping, we chose to leave. If customer service isn’t a priority here, I’m not comfortable spending my money at this location.

Yet another example of unprofessionalism at a fast-food place.
Lately, I’ve been going to DD for a drink that was recommended to me this past week, and the service I received this evening—at 6:07 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025—was absolutely the worst.
I went through the drive-thru. The girl taking my order was clearly not paying attention. I mentioned to her at the start that I was still gathering my order and asked her to bear with me. She then proceeded to tell me to come up to the window. I responded by asking why I needed to go to the window—were they not taking orders? She said yes and then laughed.
After placing my order at the intercom, I drove up to a “Fred” who took my payment. He was obnoxious and rude when I asked if there was an issue. He responded, “Don’t YOU an issue?” I was shocked that he would speak to a paying customer like that after I had just handed him my card. He said far more than I care to remember.
When I got to the second window, I asked for his name. I’m sure “Fred” wasn’t his real name, but that’s what he gave me. He continued to be condescending even after I asked.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this unprofessional location filled with kids who clearly don’t take their jobs seriously. It feels like they hire anyone with a pulse. Management needs to do better

First time mobile ordering because of the order size I got, thankfully I checked my bags! At least 2-3 inches in my large iced coffees missing & hot coffee was barely hot. They forgot my extra cream cheese & apple fritters and acted annoyed when I showed my receipt just asking for things I payed for.

They can’t seem to get my order correct.. I simply ordered an iced matcha latte and for some reason it came out brown and coffee in it. Tried to get it remade and they refused. A couple months have now passed so this time I decide to order inside. And when I asked one simple question if they’re able to add or charge me for caramel drizzle. All I received from one of the associates, was her eye roll. It was just a simple question. I do not recommend this location. They aren’t very welcoming. And third time they got my drink order wrong.
