Multiple times they have said their kitchen is being cleaned so they cannot serve food or they dont have bread. They make up excuses to not make any food and do their job. Laziest crew I have ever seen. Wont be getting business from my family and I NO MORE!

Went to this Dunkin this morning and the customer service was mediocre the employees didn’t know what order was ours waited I. The drive thru for 25 min not even paid yet and my drink wasn’t even ready the one employee was standing around and the guy at the drive thru left it to do other things the guy with the beard and glasses got the drink wrong three times. And being from New Jersey this was just sad please someone fix this issue with this place. Many ppl were leaving due to long wait times and horrible service

I hate this location. It is the slowest and most unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts. Hire more employees so your employees aren’t overworked in filthy conditions.

As someone from the Northeast who loves Dunkin' Donuts, I find this location to be disappointing. Why does it take 15 minutes to prepare bagel bites or hash browns? The service is extremely slow, the donuts are subpar, and the customer service is downright terrible.

I asked for a toasted white chocolate iced signature latte and it was not good and they forgot the ice. I had to go back and ask them to add the ice to my ICED latte 🙃

The black guy with the beard was very unprofessional and nasty as hell. He went to grad my card and touched my hand the gloves were wet with something then rubbed on my card as he was confirming the order I had to tell him twice before I even got to the window. He used the same gloves to touch his mic and then my donuts. The donuts looked nasty and wet I will never go to this location again. Y’all need to hire smarter people. And if you see this, if you hate your job get a better one 🤷🏾♀️ don’t take it out on people you don’t even no that’s common sense.

I stopped going to this location on clear creek for a while (years), came back today. Same crappy service/food, same employees with stank attitude.
DD always has the best pastries and coffee! Service was awesome. The cashier was nice and energetic. She made my visit better!

This place just simply sucks. The employees all act like you’re a nuisance for showing up and do everything to avoid interactions with in-store customers and focus on drive thru customers only. We’ve been there several times until we found another, far better location with Waffle Cone in Copperas Cove. The poor customer service made it an easy decision to do the drive for Dairy Queen or waffle cone.
